Acquisition criteria

Middlesex Investment Partners LLC is actively seeking sites with the following criteria for investment: in Massachusetts, neighborhood oriented retail strip centers, land with the opportunity for retail development or buildings for demolition and/or redevelopment. Middlesex also seeks mixed use properties in Bostonís urban inner ring business districts and/or suburban town centers.

Existing assets may be stabilized or may need repositioning.
